"Terrible management"
"Catalyst was notorious for its terrible pay. It was insulting how little they offered for the amount of work we had to do. I constantly felt undervalued and underappreciated. It's a shame that they didn't see the importance of fair compensation."

We bonded over shared interests and created countless memories. The hourly wage was decent, but the friendships I made were priceless."

"I don't know how Catalyst managed to hire such terrible managers. They were out of touch, unapproachable, and had no clue how to motivate the team. It was a frustrating experience, and it reflected in the overall atmosphere of the workplace. It's a shame when bad management ruins a potentially great job."
