"I don't know how Coach and Horses managed to hire such terrible managers. They were out of touch, unapproachable, and had no clue how to motivate the team. It was a frustrating experience, and it reflected in the overall atmosphere of the workplace. It's a shame when bad management ruins a potentially great job."

"Coach and Horses had some of the worst customers I've ever dealt with. They were entitled, rude, and disrespectful. It made the job incredibly difficult and draining. The management team didn't provide much support in handling difficult customers either. It was a constant battle."

The customers weren't any better. They were rude, entitled, and often downright disrespectful. I wouldn't wish this workplace on my worst enemy."
