"Dealing with difficult customers was a daily struggle at Spit and Sawdust. They were demanding, entitled, and treated the staff poorly. It made the job incredibly challenging and emotionally draining. It's a shame that some customers can ruin the experience for everyone."

"Working at Spit and Sawdust was like being part of a big, dysfunctional family. The management team had no clue what they were doing. It was chaos and mismanagement at every turn. The customers weren't any better. They were rude, entitled, and often downright disrespectful. I wouldn't wish this workplace on my worst enemy."
