"I hated every second there"

"The pay at Williams Ale & Cider House was above average, and that was a definite highlight. However, the management had extremely strict standards and often exhibited micromanagement tendencies. This created a stressful work environment where every move was monitored closely. Moreover, the lack of convenient transport links meant that commuting after late shifts was a constant struggle."

"Don't work there"

"Williams Ale & Cider House had some of the worst customers I've ever dealt with. They were entitled, rude, and disrespectful. It made the job incredibly difficult and draining. The management team didn't provide much support in handling difficult customers either. It was a constant battle."
