"Working at Sketch was an absolute delight! The management team was exceptional, always supportive and encouraging. They made me feel valued and appreciated. The team culture was fantastic, and I made lifelong friends during my time there. The hourly wage was competitive, and I couldn't have asked for a better workplace."

"Sketch paid its employees well, which was a definite advantage. The team environment was also fantastic, with friendly colleagues who made work enjoyable. However, the customers could be incredibly difficult and demanding. Dealing with their constant complaints and entitled attitudes made it challenging to maintain a positive experience."

It made for a stressful work environment where work-life balance was a constant struggle. Additionally, the poor transport links made the daily commute challenging, especially during late shifts."
