"Dealing with difficult customers was a daily struggle at The Vine. They were demanding, entitled, and treated the staff poorly. It made the job incredibly challenging and emotionally draining. It's a shame that some customers can ruin the experience for everyone."

The management team turned a blind eye to our concerns, making it even worse. Avoid this place if you value fair pay."
