"Benugo Bar & Kitchen at Warwick Arts Centre paid its employees well, which was a definite advantage. The team environment was also fantastic, with friendly colleagues who made work enjoyable. However, the customers could be incredibly difficult and demanding. Dealing with their constant complaints and entitled attitudes made it challenging to maintain a positive experience."

However, the management had extremely strict standards and often exhibited micromanagement tendencies. This created a stressful work environment where every move was monitored closely. Moreover, the lack of convenient transport links meant that commuting after late shifts was a constant struggle."

The management team didn't provide much support in handling difficult customers either. It was a constant battle."
