"Sage Cafe Earlsdon had such a toxic work environment. The management team was disorganized and often unresponsive to employee concerns. It was frustrating to work there with such poor leadership. The customers were equally difficult, often rude and demanding. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"I don't know how Sage Cafe Earlsdon managed to hire such terrible managers. They were out of touch, unapproachable, and had no clue how to motivate the team. It was a frustrating experience, and it reflected in the overall atmosphere of the workplace. It's a shame when bad management ruins a potentially great job."
