"Terrible management"
"Jollof Cafe had some of the worst customers I've ever dealt with. They were entitled, rude, and disrespectful. It made the job incredibly difficult and draining. The management team didn't provide much support in handling difficult customers either. It was a constant battle."

"They don't pay fair"
"The pay at Jollof Cafe was above average, and that was a definite highlight. However, the management had extremely strict standards and often exhibited micromanagement tendencies. This created a stressful work environment where every move was monitored closely. Moreover, the lack of convenient transport links meant that commuting after late shifts was a constant struggle."

"I hated every second there"
"At Jollof Cafe, the pay was one of the best aspects of the job. However, the management had exceedingly high expectations, which could be overwhelming at times. Their strict standards sometimes made it challenging to meet their demands. Additionally, the location had poor transport links, making the commute inconvenient and time-consuming."

"Free lunches and good management"
"Jollof Cafe had such an awesome team! We had a blast working together. We shared jokes, went out for team outings, and genuinely enjoyed each other's company. The management team fostered a fun and positive atmosphere. The hourly wage was fair, but the memories and friendships I made there were priceless."

"Don't work there"
"Working at Jollof Cafe was like being part of a big, dysfunctional family. The management team had no clue what they were doing. It was chaos and mismanagement at every turn. The customers weren't any better. They were rude, entitled, and often downright disrespectful. I wouldn't wish this workplace on my worst enemy."

"They never pay on time"
"Jollof Cafe was notorious for its terrible pay. It was insulting how little they offered for the amount of work we had to do. I constantly felt undervalued and underappreciated. It's a shame that they didn't see the importance of fair compensation."
