"Cafe Andaluz paid its employees well, which was a definite advantage. The team environment was also fantastic, with friendly colleagues who made work enjoyable. However, the customers could be incredibly difficult and demanding. Dealing with their constant complaints and entitled attitudes made it challenging to maintain a positive experience."
